Capt. Everette C. Mash, III
Managing Director and CEO

Co-founder of CAAMS, Everette Mash is an internationally recognized aviation professional with far-reaching Twin Otter sales expertise. He has more than 34 years experience in commercial and regional aircraft sales and leasing and sold more than 350 Aircraft, of which 170 are Twin Otters, to more than 200 Airlines in more than 100 Countries. Mash also has performed the inspections and arranged the A, B, C and D Checks as well as the Export C of A`s to more than 300 aircraft. He has purchased large spare parts inventories and resold the engines, parts, rotables, avionics and consumables to worldwide Vendors. Mash's entrepreneurial spirit began early, forming his own full service aviation company in 1988, World Jet Aircraft International, which provided aircraft sales, maintenance, Fixed Base Operations, travel and consulting services. One of his first contracts was to remarket Twin Otter aircraft for a European aircraft manufacturer that had taken them as trade-in. Mash then became Pre-owned Asset Manager with Embraer serving in the Far East and was instrumental in Embraer selling its first orders into China. Prior to forming CAAMS, Mash was Regional Director of Sales for Jet Aviation's aircraft sales division. He holds certificates in aircraft maintenance and operations from McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Company School of Airline Operations. 


Michael Clyne
Chief Operating Officer

Michael Clyne co-founded CAAMS with Capt. Mash after they both left Jet Aviation. Clyne focuses on the establishment and optimization of day-to-day operations in the company. All internal department heads report to Clyne. These include Customer Service, Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and IT. A marketing veteran, Clyne began his career in the advertising agency business in New York City. His corporate experience included serving as the national advertising manager at Avis Rent a Car's world headquarters; marketing services manager positions at the largest franchiser of Budget Rent a Car and later at Value Rent a Car, a division of Mitsubishi Motors. Clyne joined a growing marketing firm that was later acquired by Fairfield Communities, a US based real estate timeshare company. Michael entered the aviation business when Jet Aviation recruited him to its International headquarters in 2000 to lead their worldwide customer database implementation. Michael led teams on three continents in this project. He holds an MBA, Marketing, Adelphi University, New York and a BA, History, Boston College, Massachusetts.


Leonard P. Kaiser
Chief Financial Officer

Len Kaiser has joined the CAAMS management team as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Len oversees the Company's day-to-day financial activities as well the administration, maintenance and execution of leasing contracts. He comes to CAAMS from Piaggio, North America where he served as CFO for the Italian turboprop aircraft manufacturer. As CFO for North America, he established business systems for a start-up division of Piaggio Aerospace. He created monthly forecasts, variance analyses, quarterly and full-year outlooks, annual five-year plans and annual budgets. Additionally, he negotiated financing instruments with banking industry to generate working capital, implemented line-item budgeting down to department levels, establishing an awareness of the cost of doing business and holding managers accountable for spending, established product pricing and discount structure and met with customers to finalize contract terms.

Prior joining Piaggio, Len held positions with Raytheon Aircraft Company where he negotiated both domestic and international third party customer financing arrangements maximizing capital resources. 

As part of the Beech 1900 revitalization program he gained an understanding of the refurbishment industry. He holds an MBA in finance from DePaul University, is active in the Institute of Management Accountants and a member of the Financial Executives Institute. 


Clayton Gamber
Vice President MRO

Clayton Gamber has extensive experience in the airframe, engine, avionics and accessory repairs of general and commercial aviation aircraft. Clayton is an ATP licensed pilot, with over 11,000 hours logged domestically and internationally. Clayton is also a licensed Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic with maintenance experience on Piper, Cessna, Beech, Embraer, Shorts, and de Havilland aircraft along with Garrett and Pratt and Whitney engines.

Clayton holds a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and has been married over 30 years with three adult children.

His past work experience includes management positions in FAA FAR 135 and 145 operations and JAA/EASA 145 operations.
